Nexwik Private Limited is a private company limited by shares, formed under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in the State of Delhi. The Company builds and operates a digital counter for retailers, distributors and master distributors, and for the customers those outlets serve.

On the standard panel a partner can offer AEPS cash withdrawal (two switch routes), BBPS offline and BBPS online, mobile recharge, DTH, credit-card bill payment, part payment, FASTag, LIC, general insurance, Tata Power part payment, CMS and CMS-2, Travel 1 and Travel 2, Mobile Pay, UPI collection, vehicle insurance, IGL commercial and Aadhaar Pay. Premium partners may also be given wallet top-up, fund request and fund request online. Which tile is live depends on partner onboarding, limit setting and the authorisation of the bank or operating unit behind that tile.

Nexwik acts as a technology platform and, where the product requires it, as an agent. Money movement is completed by banks and authorised payment service providers. The Company does not accept public deposits and does not run a payment system of its own. Bill payments routed on BBPS follow Bharat Bill Payment System rules and the biller’s own records.
